Job Description

Position Overview

Project Leadership

  • Spearhead and cultivate new and ongoing client partnerships.

  • Discover and engage new clientele.

  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients and team members.

  • Oversee regional team operations.

  • Identify and recruit key personnel for expansion.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for clients.

  • Stay informed about local and national regulations and advise team and clients on emerging opportunities.

  • Manage and create budgets.

  • Prepare project cost proposals and other key deliverables.

  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Candidate Profile

  • Over 10 years of industry experience.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Professional licensing within the state is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations is essential.

  • Effective communication skills with peers, clients, and regulators.

  • Strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferred knowledge of the consulting industry with an understanding of client geography and environmental consulting.

  • Experience in project management, business development, state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.

Compensation

Salary for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, education, and geographic location, with a range of $145,000-$200,000.
