Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of customer, store, and franchise-facing digital experiences. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of retail by driving product innovation and operational excellence.

As a key member of the product leadership team, you will define and prioritize features, analyze performance data, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact solutions. Your work will directly influence user satisfaction, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and generate data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Streamline development and release processes for efficient product launches.
  • Manage product documentation including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in product operations.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within mobile apps or retail commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in product operations tools such as usage analytics, heat mapping, user testing, and knowledge management.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and drive decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with a high attention to detail and operational focus.
  • Technical acumen related to mobile app development and digital platforms.
