About the Role
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations that keeps Coyuchi global production running smoothly. They will be responsible (>50% of time) for managing vendors, planning and ensuring production is on track, resolving any issues, testing approvals, QC approvals, obtaining sustainability certifications, and doing first cost negotiations with vendors to achieve cost and margin targets. This position is in person at the office in San Francisco, and works cross-functionally as well as with external partners to maintain the go-to-market calendar and to be in full compliance with Coyuchi's unique set of requirements. The ideal candidate has experience managing softgoods production and experience with organic, sustainable products is a plus! A successful candidate will be an effective problem solver and project manager with a strong sense of urgency who views challenge as opportunity.
