What You Bring:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
✔️ Solid knowledge of production processes and scheduling
✔️ Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔️ Bilingual English & Spanish preferred — a huge plus!
✔️ A commitment to safety and quality standards
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a labor-intensive, fast-paced environment
