Program Manager – Strategic Accounts & Product Collaboration

  • We’re looking for a highly organized Program Manager to support strategic account execution while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams. This role will be instrumental in aligning account-specific needs with product priorities, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Location – PST Remote/Mt. View, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for high-impact accounts, helping drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights and roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain project plans for account-specific initiatives, tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to meet client objectives.
  • Manage communications, documentation, and deliverables for key account programs, including QBRs and executive updates.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to streamline execution and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, with exposure to product development cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • SFT office and Google tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Suggested Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Eager and Comfortable working direct with customers at times

Compensation:

  • $43.00 - $54.00 Hourly (W2/Non-Exempt)
  • Rate dependent on location****
