Job Description

Project Manager – PMO (Service Operations)

Overview:

This Project Manager leads cross functional projects supporting operational readiness and product implementation across Group, Consumer, and Medicare business areas. The role works closely with Service Operations, Medicare Product Management, Product Management, Regulatory Compliance, Pharmacy Services, Underwriting, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate project activities independently across management and staff levels.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and provide weekly progress reporting.
  • Lead meetings with internal teams and vendors. Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting minutes with timely follow up.
  • Identify risks issues and performance gaps. Create action plans, support barrier analysis, and integrate activities into tracking and reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to support successful project delivery.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five or more years of experience in a health insurance organization.
  • Demonstrated project management experience including meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Access.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and think analytically.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels including senior leadership.

*Must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.

*Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

*Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, Tuesday-Thursday in Philadelphia.
