Construction Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the aviation sector working with a General Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the New York market. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits in Queens, NY. Salary range: up to $170,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aviation-focused commercial construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee interior construction phases, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and closeout processes efficiently.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience in aviation projects is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
