Logan Pass Construction is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Madison, WI area. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in commercial projects, particularly those exceeding $20 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Coordinate with field staff, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure project success
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million or more
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with mission critical and data center projects highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore)

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or other relevant certification
