Our REIT client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team full-time. The position will be responsible for the invoicing, contracting and reporting for building and technology projects. A candidate will have the ability to manage and complete multiple projects concurrently, transitioning between support functions and leading the project initiatives. The responsibilities include working toward recurring deadlines and unexpected deadlines, making the ability to function well and prioritize appropriately working through scheduled/planned tasks as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing demands are key attributes of a candidate for this position. The candidate needs to have good interpersonal skills and able to manage relationships both inside and outside the company effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and terms
Manage the month end accrual process
• Lead relationship with third party consultants and oversee the execution of our elevator maintenance agreements and elevator modernizations
• Lead and execute on projects related to asset protection and capital investments, such as IT project roll outs, brand initiatives, system replacement, repairs and maintenance trend identification and analysis
• Keep project reporting current for analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Provide financial analysis, trend analysis and variance reporting
• Research and gather data points for analysis
Qualifications:
• Work experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years with similar responsibilities noted above preferred
• BA/BS, concentration in construction, engineering, accounting or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and databasing programs; including API and business intelligence platforms
• Proficiency in review and interpretation of building drawings and specifications preferred.
• Demonstrable record of achievement, strong analytic and leadership skills, and an eagerness to proactively seek expertise in new areas
• Must be a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to provide innovative solutions, evaluate return on investment decisions, and execute strategies to achieve results
• Aptitude and interest for learning new, technical areas
• Ability to develop and foster relationships with Apple peers, senior management, third-party managers, brand representatives, and various vendors and consultants through effective oral and written communications to motivate them to perform above and beyond expectations
• Hospitality, construction, property management or capital investment background preferred
