What You Will Be Doing

We are recruiting a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC/Mechanical construction and a proven track record in healthcare projects. This hands-on, field-based role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Manage all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical construction projects, focusing on healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.

Other Essential Functions

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC/Mechanical construction.
  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/Mechanical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
