About the Role

As a Project Manager at XILO, you’ll ensure 90%+ of our customers succeed by managing go-live timelines and delivering a high-quality product within 60 days. You’ll own the operational process, juggling multiple priorities while driving timelines and milestones to completion. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering value at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully go-live with 5 new accounts per month.
  • Keep go-live timelines under 60 days on average.
  • Manage timelines across 6 milestones per account.
  • Oversee 2 service reps and their cases to decrease timelines on product delivery milestones.
  • Communicate timeline updates proactively and resolve blockers for your customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours and provide weekly timeline updates.
