Job Description

CSG have partnered with a leading construction and civil engineering company based in the United States. Our client has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial and have been responsible for 3 of the country's top 10 construction achievements of the 20th century.

Our client is rapidly expanding their Water/Wastewater division and is actively recruiting a Project Manager for a major Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Northern California. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in one of the company's key projects in their fastest growing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater construction projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience preferably in the water/wastewater construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
