Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the apartment communities of Colony Park, Tempo West and Greenview Apartments, located in the Beaverton area. These quaint communities have a total of 130-units and offer amenities such as an outdoor playground, fire pit, community lounge, gym, pool and more!
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
This role requires living onsite at Colony Park Apartments with a 50% monthly discount on rent, and select utilities paid for by the property (details below). There will be a separate office at both Colony Park and Tempo West to conduct work out of.

Hourly Rate: $26-$30/hr.
Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.
