Overview:

• Perform manual testing, maintain test data, and document results to meet technical and functional requirements.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure systems meet standards.
• Design and document test plans and scripts for assigned applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, and partners to maintain system integrity and address risks.
• Provide professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, vendors, and the public to provide accurate and timely information.

• z/OS on IBM 3270/3290, ISPF, CICS, JCL, SQL, COBOL

Skills Preferred

• CA-7
• Tictoc

Experience Required

• 5+ years in testing large mainframe applications
• 5+ years in waterfall methodology projects
• 5+ years in analyzing Requirements, creating Test Plans, Strategies, and Scripts
• 5+ years in code walkthroughs, test results analysis, and test documentation
• 5+ years with ISPF, CICS, JCL, SQL, and defect reporting

Experience Preferred

• Experience with Child Support Enforcement programs
• Experience with agile methodology

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience, (or) High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience
