JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for a Geotechnical QAR to join their construction efforts in Fargo, ND in support of DOD projects they have. They will be responsible for the following:

• The QAR will complete Daily QA Reports in the Resident Management System (RMS) for COR review on a daily basis. These reports, and spreadsheets.
• The QAR shall also use RMS to prepare and submit reporting information, in accordance with the Resident Office protocol.
• The QARs are required to attend and deliver notes from the Pre-Construction Conference, Mutual Understanding Meetings, Weekly Progress Meetings, Monthly Supervisor Safety Meetings, Three-Phase Control Meetings, and other meetings resulting from questions and contract interpretation.
• The QAR shall be knowledgeable about the specifications of each division of work in the assigned projects. The QAR shall know the contract documentation being used and it is his responsibility to assure that the terms and conditions of the plans and specifications are being met.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's in engineering, construction, or industrial technology. Degree may be substituted for years of specialized experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience (5 general and 5 specialized).
• OSHA-30 * CQM-C
