Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team in Wilsonville, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing internal audits, and building a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead the implementation of new QMS software, ensuring seamless integration across the company.
• Oversee customer and regulatory audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and maintained.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, including training and development.
• Analyze quality performance data and implement improvements to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
