Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. In this role, you will manage a team of QA professionals, conduct audits and inspections, analyze performance metrics, and drive improvements to ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry regulations and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product/service quality and identify any areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to monitor trends and assess overall quality performance.
• Identify areas of improvement within processes, products, or services and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company-specific quality requirements.
• Report on quality performance to senior management and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control management.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry regulations.
• Analytical skills to assess quality data, performance metrics, and trends.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills to report on quality performance and collaborate with other departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Salary : ₱30,000 - ₱65,000
