What you'll do as our Real Estate Manager:

• Use your deep knowledge of the California market to evaluate and select real estate. This will include site tours and creating site approval presentation packages.
• Vet and select optimal locations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Use your project management skills to manage brokers, LOIs, lease negotiations, work letters, and ongoing pipelines
• Identify business opportunities and optimal real estate locations and create full location reports including rent, sales, demographics, etc.
• Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate favorable terms for both business and real estate ventures
• Apply strong sales acumen and effective contract management skills

Experience you need to be successful:

• 5+ year's experience with a deep understanding of the US real estate market
• Strong relationships with brokers and landlords in California and across the US
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strategic mindset with strengths in budgeting, development, recognizing opportunity and managing architects and contractors
• Keen ability to navigate ambiguous situations with a way-maker mentality
