Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Tenant Coordinator to join our Real Estate team and play a key role in supporting New Store Openings. This fast-paced, in-office position involves managing multiple tasks while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and timely store launches. The ideal candidate is flexible, initiative-taking, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support 5–6 Real Estate Managers, as well as Directors and VPs, throughout the new store opening process.
Collaborate cross-functionally across various departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of store openings.
Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) and assist with related documentation and correspondence.
Utilize Geocortex and other real estate tools to support site analysis and documentation.
Attend and actively participate in weekly progress meetings, providing updates and insights as needed.
Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met to achieve on time or early store openings.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats across various levels of the organization.
Work as part of a cohesive team of six Tenant Coordinators, providing back-up and support when needed.
Assist with special real estate projects within the division, as required.
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Comfortable speaking and presenting in group settings.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-moving timelines.
3+ years of related experience
Real Estate/construction background a plus
