The Direct Support Professional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to serve as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive quality care and support by maintaining a strong pipeline of compassionate, reliable, and skilled staff.
