Responsibilities

You will build, develop and manage client company relationships within a specific market specialty

  • You develop optimal recruiting strategies regarding the selection of appropriate recruiting channels and measures and coordinate these with your managers and the executive board.
  • As a competent contact person, you advise our managers on all recruiting issues.
  • You are well networked in the company and work hand in hand with the responsible client Partner.
  • You attract talent for your company by proactively approaching candidates.
  • From the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract, you accompany the candidates through the entire application process.
  • With your appreciative manner, you ensure a consistently positive candidate experience.
  • You enjoy conducting phone interviews and resume searches as well as networking with industry professionals.
  • This individual will be adept at building relationships to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Above all we know what our clients need & what our candidates can do and it’s our role to bring them together.

Desired Qualifications

  • Great listening skills and the ability to capture that information so that it can be acted on
  • Someone that is entrepreneurial and has a strong desire to succeed.
  • Someone that can communicate well on the phone as well as via email or text.
  • Someone with sales experience, ideally executive level service sales
  • Someone that loves the thrill of the hunt and is motivated to earn high commissions.
