Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Austin, TX. This role is critical to identifying and onboarding exceptional instructors who will deliver high-quality education to our students. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support instructors throughout onboarding and training to ensure their success in the classroom. Your efforts will directly impact student outcomes and uphold Zollege’s commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructor Recruitment: Identify, attract, and hire top-tier instructional talent who are passionate about delivering outstanding classroom experiences and student success.
  • Onboarding & Training Support: Facilitate onboarding and training for new instructors to prepare them for excellence in the classroom, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to thrive.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for instructional and other roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Hiring Collaboration: Partner with program directors and leadership to understand instructional needs, align recruitment strategies, and meet staffing goals.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, and referral channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an engaging, professional, and timely experience for all applicants.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality) and share insights with the team.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to efforts that promote Zollege as an employer of choice for educational professionals.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:Required:

  • We're seeking someone who is eager to begin their career as a recruiter and has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying high-caliber candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring and onboarding educators or training instructors.
  • Familiarity with instructional requirements and classroom dynamics.
  • Passion for supporting student success through educational excellence.
