Overview:
The Sack Company is a long-standing and reputable organization focused in the construction industry. We are searching for a highly motivated candidate to grow with the team and act as the right-hand person to the Recruiting Manager. As a recruiter/HR generalist, you will have frequent interaction with business leaders and company ownership while being groomed for future advancement within the company. The role focuses on a variety of specific responsibilities and will be tailored to the individual’s interests and strengths.
Responsibilities:
· Complete full cycle recruitment activities for salaried and hourly positions
· Assist Recruiting Manager with HR and recruiting tasks
· Maintain digital and physical records
· Utilize ERP system to input data from onboarding / offboarding activities
· Interact with upper-level leadership as well as Operations on a daily basis
