Job Description

Paint Booth Equipment Solutions, a professional paint booth installation & service company, is part of the Garmat Holdings family that manufactures paint booths and finishing solutions for collision repair, aerospace and industrial applications. Founded in 1988 and manufactured at our corporate headquarters in Englewood Colorado, Garmat strives to provide and service the most technologically advanced paint booths and refinishing equipment, that not only enhances production but provides an environmentally safe atmosphere for the technician and community.

This role isn’t like managing properties, logistics, or restaurants. We need someone who knows how to lead field service teams, understands fleet operations, and can blend operational oversight with customer success and sales growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional General Manager to oversee our Colorado Region. This position strategically plans, manages, and coordinates daily operations for the division. This includes scheduling, supervising, purchasing, inventory control, customer invoicing, work orders and payroll review. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to employee development. General, working hours are 7:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday. In Office (50%), Field Travel (50%). Job functions include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities Manage, train, develop, and schedule all aspects of service crews.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team to drive sales of equipment, preventative maintenance service and break fix service.
  • Manage, train, develop, and schedule all aspects of service crews.
  • Maintain and expand key customer accounts.
  • Create and maintain service work orders, monitor inventory checks and stock control.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and other company policies are followed.
  • Document and train staff on company procedures.
  • Manage fleet maintenance.
  • Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls.
  • Purchasing responsibility including vendor relations and purchase orders.
  • Make suggestions for improvement in the areas of cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to provide direction and hold a team accountable to meet the desired results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with MobiWorks & SimPro Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience required.
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with Automotive/Industrial Paint Systems preferred.

Physical Requirements:

On rare occasions, this position can involve manual labor and requires the ability to perform the following physical activities:

  • Bending, Standing, and Stooping
  • Ability to climb ladders or stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to operate manual and power tools

Salary Range:

Annual Base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000
