Job Description

Established Telecom Company in Newark New Jersey is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. Ares include Washington, DC, Baltimore, Buffalo, New England and CT. Travel time is roughly 40 - 50%. Will be responsible for managing 4 area sales people who will be out in the field servicing retailers. Ideally seeking Spanish & Japanese speaking.

Job Summary:

Knowledge and utilization of the Company’s resources including Direct distribution sales, marketing, pricing. · Optimize cost and productivity of sales team and execute sales objective. · Foster a highly motivated team environment across the region. · Must understand wireless product knowledge, features, and competitors in the market. · AdVisit market and retailers on a regular basis for feedback on products and services and maintain a good relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

• Experience managing sales teams
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
