Empower is hiring a Home Health RN Educator to support new and existing clinical staff across the Lubbock, Amarillo, and Midland areas. This position focuses on training, onboarding, and supporting home health nurses in the field. The RN Educator will serve as a key resource for clinicians, reinforcing evidence-based practices and ensuring high-quality patient care.
This is a salaried position that requires regular travel across assigned locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
