We are currently seeking a Residential Real Estate Law Firm Post-Closer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate will understand the entire post-closing process and is able to switch between all functions as needed. The post-closer makes sure that all files are recorded and funded, all parties involved are informed, and that all closings go off without a hitch once the signed documents are received.
In this key role, the Post-Closer will be customer-centric, always taking the initiative, and working as the ultimate problem solver. This is a perfect position for someone that understands all aspects of the post-closing duties. Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Processer or Mortgage Loan Closer or Title Company Post-Closer would be a great fit.
