Job Overview

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• Greet customers by name when able; we have faithful repeat business.
• Answer phones and take messages or make reservations.
• Work closely with service team to ensure proper execution of service.
• Give attention to table assignments in an organized and fair manner.
• Assist with pre-shift work.
• Attend pre-shift meetings.
• Always be available to answer questions or offer food and beverage suggestions to customers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as directed by his/her supervisor.

TO QUALIFY, YOU’LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
• Previous experience with POS systems valuable.
• Basic computer skills, math, and data entry skills.
• Previous Restaurant Host experience preferred.
