Job Description:

Aquent is partnering with a leading global consumer goods company that is shaping trends and delighting customers worldwide with its innovative and beloved products. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their vibrant retail team and play a crucial role in maintaining an exceptional shopping experience. In this position, you will directly impact the daily operations and aesthetic appeal of the retail environment, ensuring products are always available and beautifully displayed for customers. Your meticulous work will contribute significantly to the smooth flow of merchandise and the overall success of the store.

As a vital member of our retail team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our sales floor is always pristine and our inventory is perfectly managed. You will contribute to key initiatives by maintaining product availability and presentation standards, directly enhancing the customer journey and supporting sales goals.

**Here's what you'll be doing:**

* Process and replenish merchandise efficiently to keep the sales floor fully stocked.

* Maintain the retail environment's appearance through diligent restocking and merchandising efforts.

* Unload and check in incoming shipments, then strategically stock the sales floor and organize backstock in the storage area.

* Collaborate effectively within a positive team setting to achieve operational goals and priorities promptly.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

* Capacity to stand and walk throughout the store for the duration of your scheduled shift.

**Bonus Points:**

* Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred.

**Schedule:**

This is a part-time position, requiring 18 hours per week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break).
