NOW HIRING: Administrative - Inside Sales / Marketing Assistant

Location: Canton, OH (Onsite)

Pay: $19–$20/hr (Temp-to-Hire via Kelly Services)

Kelly Services is seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Inside Sales/Marketing Assistant to support a growing industrial tools and products company. This onsite, temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales support, outreach, and working closely with both internal sales teams and external marketing partners.

About the Role

This role functions as a support administrator to the sales department, serving as a liaison between Inside Sales Representatives and the company’s Outside Marketing firm. You will assist with prospecting, customer outreach, and ongoing sales/marketing projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the communication link between Inside Sales teams and the outside marketing firm.
  • Provide feedback, insights, and campaign ideas to the marketing team.
  • Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and track all activities in the CRM system.
  • Support lead-generation campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and mailers.
  • Assist with introducing and promoting new and existing products to current customers.
  • Maintain organized customer lists, prospect lists, and outreach documentation.

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, marketing support, or telemarketing preferred (industrial environment a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to meet and exceed activity metrics and project deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Position Details

  • Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Pay: $19–$20/hr depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Environment: Onsite, professional office setting
