We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics Developer ) to design and develop data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, data modeling, dashboard development, and AI-powered insights to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard & Data Visualization Development

• Develop interactive dashboards, lenses, and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Create custom visualizations using bindings, faceting, and JSON-based configurations .
• Build real-time, AI-powered analytics dashboards for sales, marketing, and finance teams.

Data Modeling & ETL Processing

• Design Dataflows & Recipes to clean, transform, and process Salesforce data.
• Optimize ETL pipelines to integrate Salesforce data with external sources (AWS, Snowflake, SQL).
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance within the Salesforce environment.

Querying & Data Manipulation

• Write and optimize SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) queries for data retrieval.
• Utilize SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) for complex calculations and data aggregation.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) to control data access and visibility.

AI & Predictive Analytics (Einstein Discovery)

• Integrate Einstein Discovery to build AI-powered predictive models.
• Develop forecasting solutions for sales, revenue, and churn prediction .
• Automate trend analysis and recommendation systems using machine learning models.

Salesforce Platform & Integration

• Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for data reporting.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with Tableau, Power BI, and third-party BI tools .
• Develop APIs and data connectors for external system integration.

Performance Optimization & Governance

• Optimize dataflows, datasets, and dashboards to improve performance.
• Implement best practices for large dataset handling and query efficiency .
• Manage permissions, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
• Strong expertise in SOQL, SAQL, JSON, and dashboard customization.
• Hands-on experience with Dataflows, Recipes, ETL processes, and external data integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Objects, Schema Design, and Data Security.
• Experience in predictive analytics using Einstein Discovery or AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with APIs, external integrations (AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location Requirement: Sunnyvale/Cupertino California Area - 3 day in office required
