Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Full Time

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Voice not required; Shield is a plus).
• Must have solid skills in Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Aura, LWC, Apex classes/controllers, and at least Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred:

• Experience setting up GitHub or CI/CD pipelines is a differentiator.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce code including Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, code reviews, test automation, and deployment using Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD).
• Review and provide constructive feedback on peers’ code to ensure best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support the team in solving complex technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and production issues.
• Actively contribute to team goals and foster a customer-focused, solution-oriented environment.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proficiency with Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Test Classes, Scheduled Jobs, Batch Jobs, and Email Services.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Dashboards, Custom Objects, and Custom Settings.
• Strong knowledge of Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud applications.
• Skilled in integrating external applications with Salesforce via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield and Service Cloud Voice.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required).
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (Preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Strongly Recommended).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Strongly Recommended).
