Job Description

*This role is Hybrid in either Denver, Colorado or Chicago, Illinois

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy high-quality CRM-based solutions tailored to organizational needs while aligning with industry standards.
  • Utilize CRM platform features and tools in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams and business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks.
  • Stay current with platform updates, releases, and trends, and proactively suggest improvements to the existing ecosystem.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, customizations, and system performance.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party tools and applications.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal products, delivery processes, and implementation methodologies.
  • Share knowledge and insights with team members to support skill development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology), or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM platform experience, with specialization in key modules and tools.
  • Relevant professional certification on the CRM platform is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in platform configuration and customization, including front-end components and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Solid understanding of platform architecture, data structure, security, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at managing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Experience with domain-specific workflows and lifecycle processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management and time-tracking tools such as Jira or Asana.
