We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Appointment Setter to join our team for the upcoming 2025 Tax Season. This position offers flexibility with remote work, and a laptop and phone (along with a mobile hotspot if necessary) will be provided.

### Position Overview:
As a Remote Appointment Setter, your primary role will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in building relationships and helping our team connect with qualified leads.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send texts, and email potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Engage in persuasive conversations that spark interest and curiosity about our offerings.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential details, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
- Nurture relationships with leads, moving them through the sales pipeline to potential conversion.

### Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to understand client needs and address concerns.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
- For remote work, candidates must have reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free environment for calls and appointments.
