About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Civil BIM Designer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in civil design and intelligent modeling to contribute to impactful projects across various sectors. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing cutting-edge tools to create innovative designs that meet client and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of intelligent models, detailed drawings, and general arrangement plans for complex civil works projects.
• Interpret design sketches, specifications, and technical requirements to produce accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Review and incorporate manufacturers’ and fabricators’ prints into design documents.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, providing technical support and refining design concepts.
• Act as the BIM Coordinator for projects, ensuring alignment and coordination between design disciplines .
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Establish design criteria and perform calculations to support material selection, structural integrity, and construction planning.
• Collaborate with project teams during planning stages and support field assignments as necessary.
• Utilize tools such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit to develop and manage intelligent models.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in CADD drafting or intelligent modeling.
• 10+ years of experience in civil design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D is required ; experience with MicroStation and Revit is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of intelligent modeling workflows and CADD drafting commands.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction practices, material properties, and engineering principles.
