Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a growing organization. This role will focus on analyzing financial performance, preparing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support strategic goals.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and refine financial models that guide business strategies.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate results.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives such as M&A integration, process optimization, and financial system enhancements.
• Utilize technology to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy, seeking opportunities to leverage technology for efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
