Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Healthcare Project Manager to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves leading presentations, nurturing client relationships, and supporting public meetings. As a leader, you'll inspire and motivate the project team, ensuring high morale and recognition. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Estimate design fees, define project scope, solicit consultant proposals, and prepare detailed team proposals and contracts for review.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, meeting minutes, client expectations, schedules, communications, documentation, administrative tasks, and team assignments.
  • Provide technical expertise and oversee document development for various projects.
  • Ensure quality control on all deliverables from the design team.
  • Lead the project team to achieve efficient and cost-effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to manage project staffing needs.
  • Mentor and oversee the work of less experienced technical staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma. REVIT experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Architectural licensure is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in delivering complex life science or healthcare projects is preferred.
