We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. This role works closely with defense counsel and external legal partners, contributing to disocvery requests, witness interviews, conduct legal and regulatory research, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, handling medical malpractice matters and responsible for support in all phases of litigation.
  • Prior experience in Health Care or with a Multi-Company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems, legal research tools, and document databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus.

***This role is on-site 5 days a week or Hybrid 2-3 days in office based on location.
