ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Senior Media Strategist is tasked with crafting strategic media plans for our clients. This team member will work closely with various Account Executives to craft comprehensive media strategies that not only align with client KPIs but also elevate brand messaging to new heights. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, who can quickly retain vast information about our services offering to effectively apply to client plans.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Harness an in-depth understanding of Division-D's complete funnel offerings to offer the most pertinent recommendations.
· Research formats audiences and other market trends that would inform each strategic plan.
· Identify effective ad formats and inventory for omnichannel media plans that drive client success and bolster brand impact.
· Craft unique and specific targeting strategies that effectively will reach brand target audiences.
· Identify relevant measurement strategies that will ultimately confirm campaign success.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that resonate with client objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Assess campaign performance and adapt recommendations to optimize the most successful components.
· Navigate various platforms for research, forecasting, and media planning purposes including but not limited to eMarkerter, Statista, Pathmatics, Perplexity, ChatGPT, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Salesforce, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 years of digital media sales, account management, or other consultative experience.
· Bachelor’s degree – Journalism, Communication or Business preferred
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teams
· Demonstrated confidence and discipline to work independently
· Experience with platforms or similar platforms to those listed in the core responsibilities.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Experience in a Sales or Media Strategy capacity in an agency environment serving clients in a variety of industries.
