Experienced Service Technician – Join the Neptune Plumbing Team

Location: Cleveland, OH & Northeast Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Responsibilities

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and plumbing tasks
  • Diagnose errors or problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Provide sewer and drain cleaning
  • Operate and complete sewer camera work
  • Be a part of an “on call” rotation (nights and weekends)

What You’ll Need

  • 5–10 years’ experience in all phases of plumbing
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
