Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with strong enterprise networking experience to join our team. The We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with deep enterprise networking and network security expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions, including Panorama, as well as Cisco networking products. Experience with or interest in media content distribution across enterprise, cloud, and satcom-connected environments is a plus.

This role requires a driven professional with strong customer relationship skills, the ability to deliver technical demonstrations and presentations, and a capability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition to solutions engineering support, this individual will engage in short- to mid-term consulting projects focused on network architecture, security integration, and content distribution optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in enterprise networking and security solutions, with a primary focus on Palo Alto Panorama and firewall management, in addition to Cisco technologies.
• Support short- to mid-term consulting engagements, including hands-on configuration of network security designs, access controls, and traffic management to support various content distribution use cases.
• Provide technical design, deployment, and configuration support for secure network environments spanning enterprise, maritime, and cloud-connected domains.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to develop secure, scalable network strategies supporting live and on-demand distribution of video and other types of content.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, troubleshooting, and solution tuning for both performance and security optimization.
• Stay current with networking, firewall, and media delivery best practices and emerging technologies.
• Document customer solutions, configurations, and architectural guidance for internal and external knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with strong expertise in:

* Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama (top priority)

* Cisco networking solutions (routing, switching, SD-WAN, multicast, QoS)

• Strong command of networking protocols and architectures, including TCP, UDP, BGP, OSPF, multicast, QoS, and network security concepts.
• Experience with or a strong interest in content distribution technologies such as CDN, streaming protocols (HLS/DASH), caching, SRT, DRM.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., sales engineering, network engineering, consulting, architecture).
• Hands-on proficiency with network diagnostic tools and firewall rule management.
• Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Prior exposure to maritime, aviation, or satcom environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
