Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Supply Chain Analyst to elevate our processes and deliver impactful results across our Customer Service Centers (CSCs).

Your Role:

As the Senior Supply Chain Analyst , you will be the driving force behind critical supply chain activities, blending advanced data analytics with innovative strategies to optimize financial performance and streamline operations. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce food costs, and develop cutting-edge tools that set industry benchmarks.

What You’ll Do:

• Innovate and Optimize:
• Design and deploy advanced tools for consistent supply chain performance reporting.
• Lead the development of the Food Cost Tracker and technical reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive procedural improvements by authoring and overseeing process documentation and training initiatives.
• Data-Driven Solutions:
• Analyze and improve spend tracking, inventory management, and food cost metrics.
• Introduce state-of-the-art analytics tools to align financial and operational goals.
• Develop new operational metrics and measurement tools to redefine planning accuracy.
• Collaborate and Lead:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Champion initiatives that reduce costs and improve efficiency across supply chain operations.
• Provide expert analytical support for high-impact processes and projects.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with SAP MM and CBase is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain management, and Purchasing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including delivering impactful presentations.
• Self-directed and highly organized, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
