Job Description

The marketing team at Olympia and Wesley develops and executes strategic campaigns to promote our products, services, and brands across multiple channels. We focus on driving engagement, increasing awareness, and supporting sales efforts to expand patient access and improve health outcomes nationwide.

Summary

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing search engine strategies to enhance organic visibility for the Olympia and Wesley brands.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify strategic opportunities aligned with Olympia’s goals and patient needs.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure for improved search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Rank Math to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate with web development teams to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
  • Stay up to date with evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continued growth in organic traffic.
  • Report on SEO performance regularly, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or another relevant field. Bachelors degree encouraged
  • Minimum of 2 years of applied technical experience
  • Experience and proficiency in WordPress
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
  • Experience and proficiency with Google performance tools
