Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our high-performing team. We're looking for professionals who know how to deliver outstanding customer service while driving results in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of Service Advisor experience (domestic brand experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of automotive technology and dealership service operations.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing a high-volume service drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing clear service recommendations and estimates.
Communicate vehicle concerns accurately between customers and technicians.
Manage appointments, repair timelines, and service workflow efficiently.
Advise customers on warranty coverage, cost-saving options, and trade-in opportunities.
Ensure complete and accurate repair orders while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty .
