Position Summary :   The Social Media and Influencer Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing our full-scale social media and influencer campaigns across various platforms for CC Wellness brands and their products and programs. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, increasing online visibility, and generating leads via digital marketing campaigns, content, and communications. You will also manage our strategic agency partners for paid advertising and influencer marketing. Any experience in CPG and/or working in a restricted category is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create social media and influencer strategies with clear, measurable objectives for each brand in collaboration with the brand and creative teams.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging social content and calendars in partnership with the brand and creative teams, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and campaign objectives.
  • Create and implement organic and paid influencer programs to help build brand awareness and consideration.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, influencer onboarding, fulfilment, relationship management, testing, and results. 
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and new emerging platforms
  • Launch TikTok Shop and manage channel strategy for each brand as well as develop and execute campaigns to drive growth. 
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Compile and analyze monthly social media and influencer performance metrics, using data to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for future campaign optimization.
  • Regular, daily social listening and supporting collaboration with influencers and partners to amplify both reach and engagement.
  • Support the management and reporting of paid social advertising efforts in collaboration with strategic agency partners.
  • Provide insights and input on ad strategy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cross-functional projects that involve digital marketing, brand campaigns, and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices for social media marketing.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or e-commerce marketing.
  • Familiarity with managing social media for restricted categories (e.g., regulated products).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and performance analysis.
  • KPI Driven: Measure and report ongoing business performance and success of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
