Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will enhance Sesh's brand presence across social platforms by creating and managing engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role involves executing campaigns, managing daily social activities, and analyzing performance to refine strategies and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social media platforms.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce visually compelling content.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and interact with followers to foster a vibrant and engaged online community.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analytics & Optimization:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
• Leverage trends to develop innovative content and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or nicotine alternatives.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
