Job Description

Salary: $192,000 - 368,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline with a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of practical experience in hardware architecture and product development.
• A culture of continuous learning and a commitment to ongoing process improvements, alongside a first-principles approach to innovative problem-solving.
• Proven experience in influencing decisions and guiding teams within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive audiences.

• Engage with our customers to ensure that all product features and options are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
• Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with our sales team, customer management, applications engineering, and other client-facing teams to align and prioritize efforts to achieve critical milestones for customer success.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers while overseeing system architecture.
• Communicate effectively with all team members involved in creating any NVIDIA product, covering areas such as PCB design, PCB architecture, overall system architecture, PCB layout, mechanical aspects, thermal management, chip architecture, product management, product marketing, and executive leadership.
• Clearly summarize and relay the essential features of products and systems to gather feedback and share innovative ideas.
• Assist teams in solving significant design challenges, make informed decisions, and take ownership of the outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution of future architectures and provide direction to software and ASIC teams that will shape the long-term product roadmap.
• Initiate new projects to explore untapped features and advocate for their relevance in future products.
• Evaluate and summarize the trade-offs involved in future system architectures, product features, and software functionalities.

Your base salary will be determined by your location, experience, and the compensation of employees in similar roles, with a range of $192,000 - $304,750 for Level 5 and $232,000 - $368,000 for Level 6.
