Job Description

CuraLinc is seeking a Systems Technician to join our growing Information Technology team. The Systems Technician will be responsible for helping users analyze and resolve technical problems, oversee administrative security for networks, and prepare computer systems and networks for users.

Primary Responsibilities
Maintain Physical Technology Inventory (i.e. Laptop, Keyboard/Mouse, Monitors, Desk Phones and Cables)
Manage The Internal Equipment Receiving and Shipping of Technologies
Manage Amazon and UPS Accounts for Tracking and Accountability
Communicate With Internal Team on Expected Delivery Dates/Time of Equipment
Assist Help Desk Supervisor with Help Desk Tasks
Works Closely with IT Director To Meet Daily Needs
Other Duties as Assigned
Required/Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or Related Field Preferred, But Not Required
Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Identify and Troubleshoot Technology Issues
Familiarity with PC Hardware and Software - Office 365 Is a Must
Understanding and Experience in Data Networking Including LAN, WAN, FTP, SFTP, VPN, VLAN’s, WI-FI, Access Control/Surveillance System Maintenance and Basic Audio/Video Knowledge
Ability to Communicate Effectively with Users with Differing Levels of PC Skills
Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
Strict Attention to Detail and Enthusiasm for Collaboration
Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
