  • Act as the technical voice of the product for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market activities, including customer demos, product documentation, training, and market positioning.
  • Open to quarterly travel for customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in IoT or SaaS products.
  • Must have strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, device integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management.
  • Understanding of the Fire & Safety industry, including fire apparatus, emergency response operations, and first responder needs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in backend or full-stack software development.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics platforms, or machine learning workflows.

Note: This role is open on behalf of our customer and the candidate would be joining their Engineering team, while working full-time on the Elevat Platform and solutions.
