The Technical Writer is responsible for working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The position researches products, services, technology or concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience.
Prefer candidates who are familiar with a manufacturing setting , and/or have written manuals, work instructions, SOP's related to manufacturing and safety processes

• Background in manufacturing .
• Power BI and reporting skills
• Scheduling Microsoft Teams meetings for recording and editing videos a plus.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Consult across teams to ensure content meets all criteria prior to publishing (i.e., Safety, Quality, Production, Training, Engineering)
• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
Talk to SME or project specialists to communicate what the tech writing info will be
Documents: Looking for consistency, everything in the same format in an organized approach. Concise, attention to detail, being able to collaborate with our specialists.
Sometimes you will need to work on multiple projects at once.
Being able to have the multitasking mindset.
Having the same standard across the board.
